TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment is immediately due upon any act occurring which may lead to the buyers insolvency. Any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and the buyer submits to exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts and the forum for any dispute shall be in Leeds.  For the avoidance of doubt nothing in these terms and conditions shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any terms and conditions upon which the buyer and seller agreed to do business.  Where there is conflict between these conditions these conditions will prevail.
