Quality at Madison

Here at Madison, we take our commitment to Quality very seriously. Our overriding aim being, to continually improve in all aspects of business performance and reliability.

Accreditation
We have secured certification to ISO9001: 2000 standard - having previously being fully compliant to ISO9002: 1994 and BS5750 - since May 1991

In addition to this, we have also attained the higher-level certification to the Supplier Accreditation Scheme by SGS since March 1999.

To further our investment in quality, in January 05, Madison achieved accreditation to the BRC – consumer products standard.

All Madison products are fully compliant to the OEK-O-TEX 100 standard assuring all our customers that azo dyes are eliminated from the dyeing process.

Also a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points Procedure (HACCP) has been put in place to further assure customers that Madison operates a zero tolerance Quality Management System.

Systems
All products undergo a stringent sealing process including a full analytical assessment prior to approval and inclusion into the Madison range.

A fully trained team of Quality technicians, operating under the joint management, leadership and direction of a professional technical expert and a Quality systems auditor ensures consistent Quality and accurate testing of products at all times.

All in-house laboratory facilities are fully calibrated to National Standards.

There is a well-established wearer panel that ensures and maintains the correct sizing and fit for all sizes from 36" to 60" hips.
